Came to this restaurant by chance. It was definitely a great option. They have big servings, the ambiance is welcoming, the staff was very polite and attentive, and the food was delicious. Would definitely return again

A delicious diner in the valley. It's one of the better diners in the area which is already full of great and historic diners. It feels like you are eating in someone's home. I would classify this place as a classic country style diner. The sort of place where locals lineup to have their daily meal and there is always a revolving board of specials. They have a fairly large menu with a ton of options on it and service is very fast. Our waiter was also really polite and we were checked in on many times by many different employees. They have a small parking lot attached to the front of the restaurant, otherwise it will be free street parking in the neighborhood behind. As mentioned, the menu is pretty large so it took me a minute to decide which dish I wanted to order. I ended up choosing the Eggs Alla Fisdale because Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast dish. This one is unique because they use a cheddar cheese sauce, which basically tasted like a cheesy hollandaise. It was honestly delicious and really made the meal. The eggs were cooked perfectly and I loved it. We also split a Banana Pudding for dessert and it was good but nothing special. We ordered some Caramel Lattes to begin our meal, and they were very tasty and strong. I would recommend them. Overall a delicious diner with fair pricing and free parking. I would recommend to anyone searching for a great breakfast option in the valley.

What a great little breakfast place! Great food and great service. My son said it was the best omelette he has ever had. The potatoes were so crispy and flavorful. We are glad we found this spot while on vacation.

Must go! We stopped here for brunch before heading home from a trip to Universal Studios and were so happy with our experience! The staff is so friendly, and the food absolutely delicious! We ordered 3 breakfast dishes, an apple pancake and a the Cahuenga Special (1/2 sando + soup or salad). For breakfast, the bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection and the potatoes, ohhhhh my the potatoes! These potatoes are perfection... crispy outside and light fluffy insides, these are up there with the best potatoes I've ever had and are definitely the best breakfast potatoes I have ever had!! You must order these! All in all, such a nice experience, great food, cute ambience, and wonderful staff.... Be sure to eat here!!

I've been here several times over the last couple of years. It's consistently one of the most warm and comfortable diners in LA. Shoutout to Sierra (server) for inspiring this review! Food is good and definitely feels like you're eating something homemade. It's very run of the mill diner type of food, not super flavorful, but add salt and pepper to your liking and it's great! I've enjoyed it every time. Old school decor with a bunch of old Hollywood stars on the walls. It's also located right across universal studios theme park. Service is fantastic! They're super attentive and kind. But I have been here when it's hectic on a Sunday morning and you'll find them rushing a bit. But the service makes up for it. If you're looking for a trendy brunch place where food is made for either IG/tiktok or for foodies to rate, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a warm and "neighborhood" friendly type of environment that's casual and feels like home, this is your place! Keep in mind it closes everyday at 2pm! There's a good amount of parking in the lot as well as the cul de sac up the street.

The place is clean. The staff was friendly. It's a classic diner feel. Their buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes were tasty. The pancakes were fluffy. Cooked through, but not tough. The side order of link sausage was good and a nice salty flavor to the sweetness of the pancakes. Their drip coffee was good. Robust but not bitter. Sometimes diner coffee can be watery. This was a nice cup of coffee. Street parking available. Limited parking in front of the restaurant. We went during the week. It wasn't crowded which we liked. I can imagine on Saturday and Sunday this place is crazy busy.

I stopped by Good Neighbor Restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat before a workout. This was my first time visiting the restaurant. The service was overall good but I did get a lot of stares when I walked in which made me feel very uncomfortable. They didn't have many vegan options so I ordered the breakfast potatoes. The breakfast potatoes looked more like home fries or crispy thick fries sautéed with veggies. The dish tasted ok. I might visit again and ask for more sautéed veggies on the potatoes. I think that would make the dish even better.
